Promote a professional image when customers call in.

No matter what the size of your business, we feel it’s important for every business to provide a professional image to clients when they call in, as such ShineCloud comes with a FOC ‘Welcome Message’ as standard. This can also be tailored to your business.

Stop Call Recordings when a client wishes to make a payment over the phone so we are PCI DSS compliant.

To enable you to conform with PCI DSS regulations, Call Recordings can be paused whilst taking card details from clients over the phone. As a popular alternate security feature however, your SC Communicator users can click the appropriate field in your card providers virtual terminal gateway for the end user to then enter their card details using their telephone keypad. The characters appear in the form of an asterisk meaning no card details are verbalised.

How much are International calls?

The most cost effective route for making international calls is to have bespoke rates or inclusive minute bundles based on the destinations you actually dial. Talk to your dedicated Shine Networks Account Manager who can tailor call bundles for you – no matter where in the world you call, landline or mobile.

Overseas reps to have an IP phone.

Home/remote workers, whether UK based or overseas, can connect to ShineCloud in a variety of ways; either via a fixed desk-phone at home or remote site, by using the SC Softphone or the superb SC Mobile App. The SC Mobile App works on both iOS and Android, operating like an office phone, enabling users to make and receive calls whilst on the go using their mobile data – they can even present their local [international] or UK office number out when dialing to clients from their mobiles!

How do the phones work between my offices?

ShineCloud is absolutely perfect for multisite setups and can be configured to meet the vast array of requirements and call routing requests. Amongst many benefits, incoming calls can ring at one site then forward to another or ring multiple sites concurrently. Making internal calls is as simple as dialing an extension number, whilst adding new sites is quick and easy. Any site around the world with an internet connection can be part of your ShineCloud system and will work as if they are all in the same building. Not to mention that all calls made using ShineCloud between your sites are free!

Will our calls be recorded for remote sites?

Amongst the 400+ inclusive standard features is full Call Recording. Available for inbound, outbound and internal calls. Recording can be accessed quickly and easily via your dedicated ShineCloud portal. Call Recording can be disabled if not required.
