Yes, we can move your existing telephone numbers to ShineCloud, we manage this process for you completely, so you don’t need to worry.  You can even keep your telephone numbers if you change area or even country!

Can I use my existing desk-phones?2022-03-17T14:55:33+00:00

If you are still using ISDN or PSTN lines then the answer is no, however, if you are already using a cloud phone system, it is likely that your phones can simply be reconfigured by our engineers to use with your new ShineCloud service.

Is the ISDN/PSTN networks is being switched by BT?2022-03-17T14:55:05+00:00

Yes, the ISDN (Integrated Service Digital Network) and the PSTN (Public Switched Telephone Network) is being phased out with the final switch off planned for 2025.  This is a phased switch over with many locations having already switched, so to avoid a potential surge in demand we would strongly recommend you talk to us ASAP about moving to cloud.

Do I have to keep my desk-phones when l switch to cloud?2022-03-17T14:54:43+00:00

Not necessarily, with ShineCloud you can use softphones (a phone on your PC or laptop connected via a headset) or use the SC Mobile App for Android or iOS devices.

Yes, it can be used worldwide as long as you have an internet connection; for mobile phones you can use your SC Mobile App over WiFi, 3G, 4G or 5G.  Great for those who want to work from a holiday home or who travel a lot!

How do I receive calls if my office internet goes down?2022-03-17T14:53:34+00:00

If your office internet goes down, ShineCloud has a failover feature that will automatically divert your calls to your predefined number. This could be a mobile number, landline or remote office.

Our highly trained, certified engineers work hard to minimise any downtime when switching you to ShineCloud.  Many of our customer’s didn’t even realise the switch has happened!  No matter how large, your installation will be planned thoroughly by your dedicated Project Manager who will guide you through the process – which is straightforward and simple.

All client’s switching to ShineCloud will receive unlimited free calls to all UK local and national numbers (these are numbers beginning with 01, 02, 03 and 07).  Our business international call tariff is also one of the most competitive around and we can further bespoke rates and bundles for international destinations with higher spends.

ShineCloud is fully scalable, from one to thousands of extensions (aka, ‘seats’).  Extra seats can be add quickly and easily from as little as £9.95pm +VAT.

Unlike some known telecoms companies that sign the majority of their customers into long term, costly, finance contracts, we try to avoid it.  Talk to us about the options available to you.

We offer minimum contract terms ranging from 12 to 84 months; with the majority of customers signing for 36 months.
