A background in telecoms
Following the successful sale of a previous multi-million pound telecoms company, the management team collectively agreed to remain in the industry and to invest in something new, improved and exciting for customers – Shine Networks was formed in 2015 and shortly after, the ShineCloud service was launched.
Today, the carrier platform serving ShineCloud customers, boasts upwards of 2 Million configured connections/seats and handles on average over 5 Million calls per day.

As well as its customers, Shine invests significant time, effort and money in maintaining good supplier relationships and attaining certifications, such as becoming the only approved pure telecoms supplier for the National Pharmacy Association (NPA) since the year of our formation. The understanding of each new product/service as it comes to market is key to delivering successful installations.
All of our field and technical support desk engineers have attained official Yealink Certified IP Phone Engineer (CIPPE) status.

Our experience has found that many small businesses owners are being sold very expensive, long term, finance contracts from other telecoms companies.
