I need a new local telephone number rather than using my mobile

A new local number is included as standard within your monthly charge. We can also port an existing number or even provide International or non-geographic numbers! Need more than one number? Not a problem, we can provide as many as you need and for virtually any UK area code – and they can all ring directly to your office!

I would like to take calls on the go

Using the excellent ShineCloud Mobile App is exactly like using an office desk phone – but on the go. Using wireless data technology (3G, 4G, 5G) you can make and receive, hold and transfer calls and even conduct a conference call – and all whilst on the go.

Can l show my business number when dialing out from my mobile?

ShineCloud Mobile App users can select any of their pre-defined telephone numbers to display to the caller when making outbound calls. If you have multiple numbers, before making the call simply choose the one you wish the end user to see, then dial, simple!

A professional feel when customers call in

High end features such as Call Reporting are taken for granted by larger companies but the good news is, this feature and many more are now included as standard on all ShineCloud installations. Therefore, as well as seeing any missed calls via your SC desk phone or on your SC Mobile App, you can also log in to your ShineCloud Portal and view historical call reports – including, missed calls!
