As a local, independent estate agent, we often find ourselves on the phone or out on surveys and viewings, leaving the office short staffed, our ShineCloud Mobile Apps ring concurrently with our office phones however – meaning we can answer calls when on the go. All calls are also recorded which is very handy!
Due to the high call volumes across our pharmacy sites, customers often complained of receiving engaged tones when calling, however following the introduction of a ShineCloud system, with an Auto Attendant and call queuing, this is now not the case. We are very happy with the service, and the special NPA deal we received from Shine.
Located on a single site, over multiple floors and divided into Residential Sales and Lettings departments, a phone system that can deliver incoming calls to where they are needed is a key driver. Due diligence suggested that ShineCloud would be the best fit and we stand by the decision – nice handsets, an excellent feature set and no long term or expensive finance contracts.
